Gentry began life as H.W. Carter & Sons, a multi-brand store and suiting line that carried like-minded designers with a similar heritage aesthetic. After selling the label in 2013, we launched Gentry to continue our mission of connecting customers with the most relevant brands on the market today. The name is a reference to the cultivated gentlemen of yore—guys whose eclectic taste and savoir faire set them apart from the rabble.
